We want your shopping experience with CNA Boutique to be enjoyable, convenient, and most importantly secure. With that in mind, we have provided an outline of our store policies for your reference. Please read through our policies carefully prior to placing an order. Placing an order means you agree to our Store Policies and conditions.  If you have any questions, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

Payment Methods 

For your convenience, we accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards along with e-checks through our secure shopping cart via PayPal. We also accept PayPal payments through your PayPal account. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make purchases from CNA Boutique. Upon checkout, you will be automatically directed to PayPal to confirm your payment. You may either sign-in using your existing PayPal account or simply pay with your credit card via PayPal. There is no cost to you to use PayPal. The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved. At CNA Boutique, we never see your credit card information. Paying with PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online.

Shipping & Handling
Orders are currently shipped between 3-7 business days. We ship via USPS.  A flat fee of $5.00 for Domestic (US and Canada) and $12.00 for International will be added to your order.  For a limited time, all orders over $50.00 are shipped for FREE!!!

CNA Boutique is NOT responsible for any International custom fees or taxes.

For those residing in Abilene, Texas, you may choose "Local Pick-Up" checking out. By doing so, you have opted to pick her product up from the seller. No shipping & handing fee for Local Pick-Up. 

Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged for shipments outside the state of Texas. For deliveries or local pickup to be made in the state of Taxes, a 8.25% sales tax will automatically be added to the order total.

Return Policy
CNA Boutique takes great pride in taking the time to make sure your order is packaged neatly and accurately.  Before placing an order, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we do not allow refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.  Orders are only refundable if there has been an error on our part.  If this is the case, the order must be shipped back to us within 7 business days in the original box and packaging.  Based on the customer's preference, a refund or even exchange will be given.  Kindly send us an email from the "Contact Us" page with any issues in regards to your order.

If you are looking for a color not listed, a style you prefer or anything that we do not have, just send us a note from the "Contact Us" page, and we'll do our best to get it for you!   We also welcome any suggestions you may have and are always trying to come up with new styles to offer.
